FYI Deathface, they do. I have been through this with StueyG before. PM him if you want.

I have seen a +5 En Brute Sword.
A max Fire Dragon Sword req.8 +5 En sold for 40k a month ago.

I'm sure they drop for Tyrian weapons. Not too sure on UW items like Fellblades and Chaos Axes thuo.
